The magazine is predominantly about the latest celebrity gossip and television news as well as television synopsis for every episode, with small sections featuring other subjects. These include interviews, film reviews, music reviews, TV listings, travel, book reviews, a horoscope and a food section among others.
The stars who have been featured on the covers of the magazine range from local (Singaporean) artistes such as Zoe Tay, Fiona Xie, Joanne Peh. Adrian Pang and Tay Ping Hui to regional and Hollywood stars such as Maggie Q, Angelina Jolie, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, Brad Pitt and Colin Farrell.
The magazine also has unique sections, including "Stars and their Cars", an occasional section where celebrities are interviewed about their new automobiles, and "How I Spend my Weekend", a column providing a celebrity's personal recount about what he/she does during the weekend. The people featured in the latter have included personalities from Project Runway finalist Santino Rice to theatre director Ivan Heng. Another section, named "Boos and Bravos", consists of small paragraphs rating a particular instance in a television program or commercial as either good or bad. There is also a column called the 'Last Page'. It features a list of things related to current affairs.
