The 32nd Annual Grammy Awards were held in 1990. They recognized accomplishments by musicians from the previous year.
The award for Best New Artist was originally awarded to Milli Vanilli. In November 1990, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences revoked Milli Vanilli's Grammy, after Milli Vanilli performers Robert Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan and their producer, Frank Farian, admitted the duo "did not sing a note" on their album, Girl You Know It's True.
