The 2018 Moldovan National Division (Romanian: Divizia Națională) is the 28th season of top-tier football in Moldova. The league will begin in March 2018 and will conclude in November 2018. Fixtures will be announced in February 2018. Sheriff Tiraspol are the defending champions. The winners of the league this season will earn a spot in the first qualifying round of the 2019–20 UEFA Champions League, and the second and third placed clubs would earn a place in the first qualifying round of the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League.
A total of 10 teams will contest the league. These include 9 teams from the 2017 season and one promoted team from the "A" Division: Victoria Bardar, making their debut in the top flight. Victoria replaces Spicul Chișcăreni who were relegated from the Divizia Națională after a single season.
