The 2017 Uzbek League season is the 26th season of top level football in Uzbekistan since 1992. Lokomotiv Tashkent are the defending champions from the 2016 campaign.
Navbahor Namangan remained for 2017 Uzbek League after winning in relegation play-off match with Naryn. Obod Tashkent promoted to 2016 League as 2015 First League winner. The draw of 2016 season was held on 20 December 2016. The first matchday is scheduled for 3 March 2017.

(C) = Champion; (R) = Relegated; (P) = Promoted; (E) = Eliminated; (O) = Play-off winner; (A) = Advances to a further round.

(Q) = Qualified to the phase of tournament indicated; (TQ) = Qualified to tournament, but not yet to the particular phase indicated; (RQ) = Qualified to the relegation tournament indicated; (DQ) = Disqualified from tournament.
