The 2017 FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup will be held in Cairo, Egypt from 1 to 9 July 2017.

(*) Brazil qualified for the tournament but was suspended by FIBA. A fourth team from FIBA Americas will have to be named to take Brazil's place. The draw will take place with the fourth FIBA Americas team's identity yet to be named.

The draw for the tournament was held on February 11, 2017 in Cairo, Egypt.
