The match's first goal came in the 54th minute when Denis Suárez clipped the ball into the area for Arda Turan to chest back into the path of Luis Suárez, who finished with a low, right-footed shot from ten yards out.Munir scored the second in the 81st minute with a left-footed finish past the goalkeeper from just inside the penalty area following a low pass from Lionel Messi.

Arda Turan opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a low shot from six yards out on the left after a pass from Lionel Messi. After 30 minutes, Claudio Bravo saved a penalty from Vicente Iborra after Samuel Umtiti had handled. Turan then got his second in the 46th minute with a lobbed right foot finish from outside the penalty area. Messi got the third goal in the 55th minute with a looping header after a cross from the left by Lucas Digne.
