The 2016 Miami Hurricanes football team (variously "Miami", "The U", "UM", "'Canes") represent the University of Miami during the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by first year head coach Mark Richt, they play their home games at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. They compete in the Coastal Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). This season is the Hurricanes' 91st overall season and their 13th as a member of the ACC.
