The 2016 Fermanagh Senior Football Championship was the 110th edition of the Fermanagh GAA's premier club Gaelic football tournament for senior clubs in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. The tournament consists of 17 teams, with the winner going on to represent Fermanagh in the Ulster Senior Club Football Championship. The championship take the form of a straight knock-out format.
Derrygonnelly Harps were the defending champions after they defeated Roslea Shamrocks in the previous years final, and they successfully defended their title when defeating Erne Gaels 0-11 to 1-7 in the final on 2 October 2016 in Brewster Park to claim their 5th ever title.
This season marked Irvinestown St. Molaise's and Teemore Shamrocks' return to the senior grade after claiming the I.F.C. title I.F.C. runners-up spot respectively.
Donagh St. Patrick's and Irvinestown St. Molaise's were relegated at the end of the season after losing their respective Relegation Play Offs. They were replaced for 2017 by Kinawley Brian Boru's and Tempo Maguires.
The four losers of the quarter-finals play off in this round. The two losers will be relegated to the 2017 Intermediate Football Championship
