The 2013-14 Santo Antão Island League (North) season was the 15th competition of football and second with the second and third tier in northern part the island of Santo Antão, Cape Verde. Its started on 21 December 2013 and finished on 30 March 2014. The tournament was organized by the Santo Antão North Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de Futebol de Zona Norte do Santo Antão, ARFZNSA). Paulense won the 5th title.

Paulense DC was the defending team of the title. A total of 14 clubs participated in the competition, 8 in the Premier Division and 6 in the Second Division. A total of 99 goals were scored during the season.

The biggest win were two matches with 5 goals, Paulense 5-1 Beira Mar (December 22) and Sinagoga 1-5 Rosariense (March 1).

Paulense took the lead for almost the whole season, Foguetões took it at the fifth round.

Paulense scored the most numbering 25 while Foguetões, a fourth placed club scored ten. On the opposites, Rosariense conceded the fewest with eleven, Beira Mar conceded the most with 25.

Beira Mar was relegated and spent the following season in that division, they would return for the 2015-16 season.

There were no competition on the first and fourth weeks of January, the first two weeks of February and the second week of March due to the regional cup competitions.
