The 2015–16 Santo Antão Island League (North) season was the 17th competition of football and second with the second and third tier in northern part the island of Santo Antão, Cape Verde. Its started on 16 January 2016 and finished on 24 April 2014. The tournament was organized by the Santo Antão North Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de Futebol de Zona Norte do Santo Antão, ARFZNSA). Sinagoga won the first and only title and finished with 28 points, a club record and participated in the 2016 Cape Verdean Football Championships in mid May.

Paulense DC was once more the defending team of the title. A total of 10 clubs participated in the competition, 6 in the Premier Division and 4 in the Second Division, in the following season 5 would compete in that division, as two clubs (São Pedro Apóstolo and Irmãos Unidos withdrew), the clubs numbers did not raise to 5. The number of goals scored was about half more than last season numbering 94, less than the previous two seasons. Sinagoga lead the season from weeks 1 to 10 with the exception of weeks 2 and 4 which were led by Beira-Mar, also Sinagoga had a perfect season with 9 wins and a draw. The highest scoring match were Solpontense-Beira-Mar (0–4) on April 9 and Sinagoga-Solpontense (4–0) on April 17. Both Paulense and Beira-Mar scored the most number of goals numbering 20, less than last season. The most number of goals scored in a single week was week 5, the least number of goals scored was week 7.

On the opposites, Solpontense suffered and had not a single win, it had two draws and eight losses, the club scored 7 goals and had only 2 points, the club was relegated to the Second Division in the following season.

The club each had a week off in the first and third weeks of February, the first and second week of March due to its subregional and regional cup competitions, there was also a break on the third week of March due to the parliamentary elections on March 20.
