The 2013–14 Northern Counties East Football League season is the 32nd in the history of Northern Counties East Football League, a football competition in England.

Hucknall Town were originally due to play in the Premier Division but it was announced on 9 July 2013 that they had decided to withdraw due to financial reasons, instead deciding to join the Central Midlands Football League.

The league features 19 teams which competed in the division last season, along with 4 new teams:

Rules for classification: 1) points; 2) goal difference; 3) number of goals scored
* Tadcaster Albion were deducted 4 points for fielding an ineligible player on two occasions (vs Worksop Parramore and Barton Town)
# Maltby Main were deducted 12 points for fielding ineligible players on four occasions (vs Garforth Town, Parkgate, Winterton Rangers and Basford United)
Staveley Miners Welfare were deducted 1 point for fielding an ineligible player (vs Athersley Recreation)
@ Worksop Parramore merged with Handsworth at the end of the season to form Handsworth Parramore F.C.
