The 2012–13 Northern Counties East Football League season (known as the 2012–13 Baris Northern Counties East Football League for sponsorship reasons) is the 31st in the history of Northern Counties East Football League a football competition in England.

Rules for classification: 1) points; 2) goal difference; 3) number of goals scored
* Arnold Town were deducted 3 points for fielding an ineligible player. On 7 March 2013 Arnold Town were deducted a further 10 points under League Rule 14.A.2.1 Sporting Sanctions made active by an Insolvency event. At the end of the season they were demoted to the East Midlands Counties Football League
Glasshoughton Welfare were deducted 1 point for fielding an ineligible player
(C) = Champion; (R) = Relegated; (P) = Promoted; (E) = Eliminated; (O) = Play-off winner; (A) = Advances to a further round.
Only applicable when the season is not finished:
