The 2000 Wimbledon Championships – Mixed Doubles was the mixed doubles event of the hundred-and-fourteenth edition of Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam of the year. Lisa Raymond and Leander Paes were the defending champions but Paes did not competed this year and Lisa Raymond participated with Paul Haarhuis. They lost in third round to Elena Likhovtseva and Mark Knowles.
Kimberly Po and Donald Johnson won in the final 6–4, 7–6(7–3) against Kim Clijsters and Lleyton Hewitt.
