The 1981 NBL Finals was the championship series of the 1981 season of Australia's National Basketball League (NBL). The Launceston Casino City defeated the Nunawading Spectres to win their only NBL championship.
The 1981 National Basketball League Finals was played on 27 and 28 June between the top four teams of the regular season, consisting of two knockout Semi-finals followed by the Grand Final. All Finals games were played at the Apollo Stadium in Adelaide. .
* St. Kilda didn't attend the finals, instead choosing to play in the World Club Championship in Brazil. The 5th placed Brisbane Bullets took their place in the NBL Finals.
