The 1969 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented Fresno State College during the 1969 University Division football season.

This was Fresno State's first year in the University Division and was the inaugural season for the Pacific Coast Athletic Association. The team was led by head coach Darryl Rogers, in his fourth year, and they played their home games at Ratcliffe Stadium on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California.
