The 1946 Pacific Tigers football team was an American football team that represented the College of the Pacific (COP) during the 1946 college football season.

COP competed for the first time in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). They had previously competed in the Far Western Conference (FWC) from 1925–1942, and as an independent from 1943–1945 . In their fourteenth (and last) season under head coach Amos Alonzo Stagg, the Tigers had four wins and seven losses (4–7, 2–2 CCAA). At the end of the season, the Tigers were invited to the first, and only Optimist Bowl in Houston, Texas. The game was played against the North Texas State Eagles.

No College of the Pacific players were selected in the 1947 NFL Draft.
