The 1939 Pacific Tigers football team represented the College of the Pacific (COP) during the 1939 college football season.

COP competed in the Far Western Conference (FWC). The team was led by head coach Amos Alonzo Stagg, and played home games at Baxter Stadium in . This was Stagg's 50th year as a head coach and his seventh at College of the Pacific. The Tigers finished with six wins, six losses and one tie (6–6–1, 2–1 FWC). Overall, the Tigers outscored their opponents 145–116 for the season.

No College of the Pacific players were selected in the 1940 NFL Draft.
