1928 English cricket season
The 1928 English cricket season was notable for the first Test series in England by a West Indies team in which England won 3-0. The 1928 County Championship was won by Lancashire County Cricket Club for a third successive year.
West Indies made its first Test Match tour of England and were hopelessly outclassed by the hosts, who won all three Tests by an innings.
