The 1925–26 League of Ireland was the 5th season of senior football in Republic of Ireland. It began on August 29, 1925, and ended on January 3, 1926. Shamrock Rovers was the defending champion. Shelbourne was the winner for this season.

Brooklyn were not re-elected. Brideville were elected to the League.
