Zolfo Springs is a town in Hardee County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,641 at the 2000 census. According to the U.S. Census Bureau's 2004 estimates, the town had a population of 1,659.

The primary water feature of the area is the Peace River. Pioneer Park Lake and Pioneer Park are also inside the town's boundaries. The tiny private Cracker Lake is also within the town.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,641 people, 497 households, and 399 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,086.5 people per square mile (419.6/km²).
