The Zeller See or Lake Zell is part of the Untersee, the lower part of Lake Constance. It lies between the peninsula of Mettnau (Radolfzell) to the north and the Höri peninsula to the south . To the west it is bounded by the Radolfzeller Aachried.
The Zeller See has a maximum depth of 22 metres.
