Yu Lin-ya (Chinese: 余玲雅; born 29 June 1950) is a Taiwanese politician who served in the Legislative Yuan from 1993 to 1999.
Yu was born in 1950, to the Yu family of Kaohsiung. Her grandfather, mother, and brothers were also politicians. Yu studied history at National Chengchi University and completed graduate work at National Sun Yat-sen University.
Elected to the Legislative Yuan in 1992 and 1995, Yu later served as vice chair of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission and speaker of the Taiwan Provincial Consultative Council.
