Coordinates: 53°09′43″N 3°08′28″W / 53.162°N 3.141°W Ysgol Maes Garmon is a Welsh-language comprehensive school in Mold, Flintshire, for children aged 11 to 18. The school was established in 1961 and has approximately 550 pupils. It shares some facilities (such as a leisure centre and theatre) with Alun School nearby. The school's catchment extends from the Vale of Clwyd to the Deeside.
Although it is a Welsh-language school, it welcomes pupils who cannot yet speak the Welsh language, running an immersion programme to help students from English medium primary schools to learn Welsh. Ysgol Maes Garmon is the only Welsh-language school in the county of Flintshire.
The school catchment area extends from the Vale of Clwyd to Deeside.
