It was released on April 26, 2005, through Jive Records and consisted of hip hop and alternative/hard rock. Unlike this oundtrack'ss gold-selling predecessor, this did not sell as well, peaking at 117 on the Billboard 200, 48 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and 5 on the Top Soundtracks chart. The single, "Get XXX'd", reached No. 95 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.
