Woollim Entertainment (Korean: 울림엔터테인먼트; Ullim Enteoteinmeonteu) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in 2003. Its current roster includes Infinite, Kim Sungkyu, Jisun, Rphabet, Lovelyz, Joo,and Kim Min-seok. In August 2013, it merged with S.M. Entertainment's subsidiary S.M. Culture & Contents (S.M. C&C) to create an independent label "Woollim Label", whose music will be different from SM Entertainment's sounds with their own color of music and an eclectic lineup of artists.
On March 21, 2016 SM C&C (SM Culture & Contents Co., Ltd.) announced that it decided to separate its video content business from its music content business. SM C&C will establish Woollim Entertainment (Woollim Entertainment Co., Ltd) to handle its music content business, with SM C&C owning all stocks of the company. The partition came into effect on June 8, 2016.
