Woodrow Wilson Whidden II (born 1944) is a Seventh-day Adventist author, theologian, and professor of systematic and historical theology at the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies who is based in the Philippines. He wrote the book, The Humanity of Christ, and was a professor of religion at Andrews University.

In 1989, Whidden received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in historical theology from Drew University in New Jersey.

He taught in the religion department at Andrews University from 1990 to 2006.

Whidden has published the books Ellen White on Salvation: A Chronological Study (Review and Herald, 1995), Ellen White on the Humanity of Christ: A Chronological Study (Review and Herald, 1997), The Trinity: Understanding God's Love, His Plan of Salvation, and Christian Relationships (Review and Herald, 2002), E. J. Waggoner: From the Physician of Good News to the Agent of Division (Review and Herald, 2008), and The Judgment and Assurance: The Dynamics of Personal Salvation (Review and Herald, 2012).
