Windy Hills is a home rule-class city in eastern Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 2,480 at the 2000 census.
Windy Hills is located at 38°16′00″N 85°38′16″W / 38.266638°N 85.637757°W.
The Muddy Fork of Beargrass Creek, a tributary of the Ohio River, rises in the northeastern quarter of the city and flows westerly towards Hubbards Lane.
