Wilsonton Heights is a suburb of Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, located 7 kilometres (4 mi) northwest of the central business district. In 2006 the suburb of Wilsonton Heights was split from the suburb of Wilsonton. At the 2011 Australian Census the suburb recorded a population of 2,822.
The suburb is mostly residential, and contains Wilsonton State High School.
