The Wilmington, Columbia and Augusta Railroad was a Southeastern United States railroad that served South Carolina and North Carolina during the second half of the 19th century.
The Wilmington, Columbia and Augusta was formed after the short-lived Wilmington and Carolina Railroad was reorganized in mid-1870.
The line lasted until 1898 when it was absorbed into the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad.
