Everyone feels frustration at times. It's hard to keep a cool head all the time, but if we act civilly, assume good faith and avoid making personal attacks, we can all help lower the stress level and relax a little. The productivity might even go up!

Don't get heated in discussions, don't turn that notch all the way up to eleven, keep calm, put yourself in the other person's shoes and think: I bet you look good on the dance floor. We aren't here to win discussions, we're here to help build an encyclopedia, and to aid that we've formed a community. We should respect each other, and remember that communities work best when we're all happy, which means we all need to have fun.
Look at the wombles. A group of small furry animals that patrolled Wimbledon Common in order to make "good use of the things that we find, things that the everyday folks leave behind."
