Whore II is a 1994 docudrama about prostitution. Despite its title, the film is unconnected with Ken Russell's Whore, which was based on a stage play about the politics of exploitation. Whore II was written and directed by Amos Kollek.
Whore II delves into the world of street prostitution using both actresses and interviews with real prostitutes. The plot is about a writer called Jack, who rents a room in the "Hotel St James" to research the life of prostitutes in New York for a book on the subject. One of the women he meets in his researches, Mary Lou, becomes close to him.
