Whittlesea railway station serves the town of Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire, England. Whittlesea is an older spelling of the town's name.

All the original station buildings are long demolished, and only the two platforms remain. Unlike many railway crossings, the gates are not automatic and are still opened and closed by hand by a person who sits in a small hut-like building by the crossing.

In September 1968, the Flying Scotsman visited the station to have its tender refilled with water.

Abellio Greater Anglia currently operate a two hourly service to Ipswich (1 hr 43 mins) and return to Peterborough (11 mins). CrossCountry only operate three daily trains Monday-Saturday to Cambridge, with two extended to Stansted Airport, and two services to Birmingham New Street. East Midlands Trains operate a service to Liverpool Lime Street Monday-Saturday only.

On Sundays, Abellio Greater Anglia operate five services to Ipswich (1 hr 43 mins) and return to Peterborough (11 mins).
