Whistling Down the Wire is a 1976 studio album released by Crosby & Nash, the second of the duo's three-album deal with ABC Records. David Crosby and Graham Nash left a potential CSN&Y reunion to record this album, leaving the other half of the quartet to form the Stills-Young Band and release Long May You Run.
The album was remastered and re-released on CD in 2000, but was out of print for many years. It was recently made available again as part of MCA's new manufacture on-demand process.
