What a Widow! is a 1930 American pre-Code romantic comedy film produced by and starring Gloria Swanson, and distributed through United Artists. The film was directed by Allan Dwan.

What a Widow! was Swanson's second talkie and was executive produced by her then lover Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr. The film received generally positive reviews and was noted for its animated title sequence created by William Dietz but was met with lukewarm box office returns.

This film is now considered a lost film. The soundtrack is preserved at the UCLA Film and Television Archive while the trailer is preserved at the Library of Congress.
