Alvin Worthy (born July 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Westside Gunn, is an American rapper from Buffalo, New York. He is the brother of fellow rapper Conway. He is signed to his own record label, Griselda Records, as well as The Purist's Daupe! Records. In 2016, he released his debut studio album, FLYGOD, to critical acclaim. On March 3, 2017, Westside Gunn, along with his brother Conway, signed a deal with Eminem's Shady Records, which is a subsidiary of Interscope, thus becoming the first rappers from Buffalo to sign with a major label.
