West Virginia Route 115 is a state highway running west to east in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. The western terminus is at WV 9 near Baker Heights. The eastern terminus of the route is at WV 9 near Mannings. The route mostly follows a previous alignment of WV 9.
Route 115 was assigned to most of the old section of WV Route 9 that winds up Blue Ridge Mountain to the Virginia state line. The designation of Route 115 occurred in November 2012 when the newly-constructed 4-lane highway from Charles Town to the Virginia state line, designated as WV Route 9, was opened to traffic. The route was also extended west to Baker Heights in April 2013.
