Wayne is an unincorporated community located in the town of Wayne, Washington County, Wisconsin, United States.
Wayne consists of a small area around the intersection of Washington County Highways W and H. Campbellsport is north of Wayne and Kewaskum is east. Interstate 41 runs north-south about a mile to the west of Wayne, and the Theresa Marsh State Wildlife Refuge is just west of the interstate highway. Theresa is the nearest community to the west.
Wayne Elementary School, part of the Kewaskum School District, lies in the community of Wayne.
