The Wave Group is a diversified business conglomeration, which has an expansive portfolio of businesses, including sugar manufacturing, distilleries and breweries, real estate, malls and multiplexes, beverages, sports, education and entertainment. Over the course of 50 years, the group has expanded across multiple segments in Manufacturing & Production in India. The Wave Group’s exponential growth & productivity is the result of their policy to efficiently and effectively optimize its diverse businesses. The conglomerate has been continuously growing under the able hands of Mr. Manpreet Singh (Monty) Chadha, Vice Chairman of the group.

Envisioned by Late Mr. Kulwant Singh Chadha, the Wave Group was established in 1963. Started as a sugar cane crushing business, the major industrial diversification of the group started with the paper manufacturing unit in Bilaspur, Uttar Pradesh, steel plant in Dhanaura, Uttar Pradesh and finally diversified into real estate, with the onset of popular Centerstage Mall (now Wave Mall) in Noida’s business centre, Sector 18.

After the demise of Mr Gurdeep Singh (Ponty) Chadha, his son Mr. Manpreet Singh (Monty) Chadha took the reins of Wave Group and has been successfully leading the group since 2012.
