Watertown International Airport (IATA: ARTICAO: KARTFAA LID: ART) is a county owned, public use airport located in Jefferson County, New York, United States. It is located five nautical miles (6 mi, 9 km) west of the central business district of Watertown. The airport is mostly used for general aviation, but has scheduled passenger service provided by one commercial airline and subsidized by the Essential Air Service program. The airport does not provide any scheduled international passenger flights, but is available as an international port of entry for private aircraft on two hours advance notice to customs from pilots.

The airport is equipped with an instrument landing system and a medium intensity approach lighting system with runway alignment indicator lights on the shorter runway 7.
