Warwick is a town in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 235 at the 2000 census.

Warwick is located at 35°41′9″N 97°0′29″W / 35.68583°N 97.00806°W / 35.68583; -97.00806 (35.685847, -97.007987).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.8 square miles (7.3 km2), of which, 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (1.08%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 235 people, 85 households, and 66 families residing in the town. The population density was 85.7 people per square mile (33.1/km²). There were 94 housing units at an average density of 34.3 per square mile (13.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 94.04% White, 1.70% African American, 1.28% Native American, and 2.98% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.85% of the population.

There were 85 households out of which 35.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.5% were married couples living together, 10.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.2% were non-families. 18.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.76 and the average family size was 3.09.
