Walter Eric Barnard (9 October 1898, in The Chequers public house, High Road, Tottenham, – 30 November 1982, in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire) was an English professional association football player of the 1920s. Born in Tottenham, he joined Gillingham from Tottenham Hotspur in 1923 and went on to make three appearances for the club in The Football League. He left to join Brentford in 1926.
