Waheguru (Punjabi: ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ, vāhigurū) is a name given to God in Sikhism. "Wah" as gratitude, "He" as that, "Gu" as darkness, "Ru" as removing; darkness. Hence, gratitude to the ONE who removes the darkness.
