WVGN-LD is an NBC-affiliated, low-power television station in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands transmitting over digital channel 19, and virtual channel 14. The station is owned by Caribbean Broadcasting Network along with sister station WVXF, channel 17.
Cable subscribers in the U.S. Virgin Islands can watch WVGN on channel 11, and as part of the Puerto Rico locals package on Dish Network. The station was also available in Puerto Rico on Dish until December 31, 2013 when it was replaced by a new NBC station on WKAQ-TV's third digital subchannel.
The station simulcasts the 6:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. ET editions of WNBC's News 4 New York broadcasts. Notably, WNBC was the default NBC affiliate for the Virgin Islands until WVGN signed on. They do not provide their own local newscasts.
