WOW! Unlimited Media Inc., or shortly WOW!, is an American-Canadian animation and media holding company which was formed by a merger of Rainmaker Entertainment, Frederator Networks, Inc. and Ezrin Hirsh Entertainment (EHE).
On October 26, 2016, a three-way merger was announced between Rainmaker and Frederator, with the addition of EHE. This would create one of the largest animation content companies in the world.
On December 16 of that year, the merger was completed.
