Vladislav Ivanov Goranov (Bulgarian: Владислав Иванов Горанов), born 30 April 1977, is a Bulgarian politician, who is the Minister of Finance of Bulgaria as part of the Third Borisov Government from May 4, 2017.
Born in Pleven, Goranov graduated from the Mathematics High School "Geo Milev" in the city. He also earned a Master's in accounting and control from the "Dimitar Apostolov Tsenov" academy in Svishtov.
On 7 November 2014, Goranov assumed his duties as Minister of Finance of Bulgaria, succeeding Rumen Porozhanov.
Minister Goranov is a close ally of media mogul Delyan Peevski and is seen as a key channel of influence in the government. In 2012, photos of the two discussing government projects surfaced and led to calls for Goranov's ouster as deputy minister.
Goranov is married and has one child.
