Villas is a census designated place (CDP) in Lee County, Florida, United States. The population was 11,346 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Cape CoralFort Myers Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Villas is located at 26°33′18″N 81°52′9″W / 26.55500°N 81.86917°W / 26.55500; -81.86917 (26.555003, -81.869036).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.8 square miles (12 km2), of which 4.7 square miles (12 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (2.49%) is water.
