Victoria Kalima (born 4 October 1972) is a Zambian politician who currently serves as Minister of Gender.

Kalima has completed a diploma in Business Management and a post graduate diploma in International Relations.

Kalima was elected as the MMD member for Kasenengwa constituency in the Eastern Province in the 2011 election. She was criticised for not visiting her constituency enough. Her victory was nullified by the Supreme Court in 2013 due to electoral malpractices, including giving bribes of bicycles and chitenge material.

Kalima was elected as the MMD member for Kasenengwa constituency in a by-election on 11 September 2014. Afterwards, she criticised the Patriotic Front for trying to buy votes in her electorate.

In January 2016, Kalima called for an alliance between the MMD and PF parties, In April 2016, she endorsed Edgar Lungu's candidature, and she then stood as a Patriotic Front candidate at the 2016 election, retaining her constituency. She has been quoted as saying that being in opposition is a "sheer waste of time."

Kalima was appointed as Minister for Gender by Edgar Lungu in October 2016.

Kalima is a widow.
