Víctor Manuel "Manolito" Ortiz Díaz is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Gurabo. Ortiz is affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP) and has served as mayor since 2005.

On December 7, 2016, Manolito was arrested for charges related to extorsion and soliciting a bribe. He has been suspended as mayor.
