Vasakronan is a former Swedish government owned real estate company.

Vasakronan has operations in , the Stockholm suburbs, Gothenburg, Malmö, Lund and Uppsala.

In 2008, Vasakronan merged with AP Fastigheter. The company operates under the Vasakronan name today.
