VCA Animal Hospitals is a trade name of veterinary medicine company VCA, Inc. (Veterinary Centers of America) (NASDAQ: WOOF), an operator of veterinary hospitals in the US and Canada. They operate more than 600 animal hospitals in many states and in Canada. The company is based in Los Angeles.

On January 9, 2017, Mars Inc. announced their intention to purchase VCA for $9.1 billion, operating it as an independent unit within Mars Petcare. VCA CEO and Founder Bob Antin will remain in his position.
